Leaders
Leadership in First Southern has four main groups:
- The Executive Committee or EXCOM
- The Operating Committee or OPCOM
- Division Commanders
- District Staff Officers
The EXCOM is comprised of the elected, District-level Auxiliary Officers and the Active Duty Director of Auxiliary.
The OPCOM is comprised of appointed, District-level Auxiliary Officers who manage the Logistics, Response, and Prevention Directorates along with the EXCOM members.
The Division Commanders are the elected senior Auxiliary Officers at the Division Level.
Together, these groups form the District Board, which convenes quarterly and manages all aspects of First Southern.
The District Staff Officers are appointed by the District Commodore, and manage the Auxiliary programs within First Southern
